Jonathan’s journey to becoming a special education lawyer is deeply rooted in his own experiences. Growing up with undiagnosed learning disabilities, he understands the frustration and isolation that many children and parents feel when the education system fails to provide adequate support. This personal connection fuels his determination to fight for families and hold school districts accountable when they fall short.

What sets our firm apart is Jonathan’s unique background as both an educator and attorney. Before becoming a lawyer, Jonathan worked as a teacher in New York City public schools, where he developed legal studies curricula and worked closely with underserved students. This experience gave him firsthand insight into the challenges children with learning disabilities face and the systemic failures that often leave them behind. Today, he combines his legal expertise with his deep understanding of education to provide compassionate, effective advocacy for families.
